Nolan's Trace

Nolan's Trace was a branch of the El Camino Real east of the Sabine and crossing the Red River, used as a horse and cattle trail in the Free State.  Our blend of these Muscats makes a fresh and exotic wine, eliciting aromas of lychee, strawberries, rose petal and sweet citrus.  We emphasize that characteristic floral, grapey aroma notes in Muscat Canelli and artfully blend with baked apple, citrus, and nutmeg flavors of Muscat Giallo.  With its sweet, rich flavors and hints of honeysuckle, we think it best to match with spicy cuisine, chocolate, dried fruits, nuts, an a wide variety of both hard or soft cheese.
