We are currently operating out of the Sunday House. This indoor facility is experience is reserved for guests aged 21 and older. No minors after 5:00pm.

Free State Cellars is proud to partner with the Stark Museum of Art for a special evening on Saturday, April 18, from 5–7 p.m. Join us at the museum to enjoy our handcrafted sangria alongside small bites, live music by David Justin, and an exclusive first look at their newest exhibition.
The Color Orange explores the history, meaning, and impact of a single color across time. Featuring works from the museum’s collection spanning the 1500s to the 2000s, the exhibition showcases how artists have used orange to capture nature, create vivid imagery, and evoke emotion. Guests of all ages can also enjoy interactive, hands-on activities designed to spark creativity and answer the question: how does orange make you feel?
Admission is free, and all are welcome. We’d love to see you there—come sip, explore, and experience the color orange with us.

Free State Cellars is excited to be part of Eco-Fest at Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center as we celebrate Earth Day together. Join us for a day filled with nature, discovery, and community—we’ll be there serving refreshing beverages to enjoy as you explore all the festivities.
Families can dive into hands-on, self-guided activities designed for all ages, with magical butterfly releases taking place at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. Stroll through the vendor market featuring handcrafted goods, spot baby birds nesting along Ruby Lake, and take in the beauty of the gardens in full bloom.
Admission is free, and all are welcome. Throughout April, the gardens will also be hosting a pet food and supply drive benefiting local animal shelters in West Orange, Orange, and Pinehurst, with representatives on-site during Eco-Fest to collect donations and connect with guests.
We’d love for you to stop by, sip with us, and spend the day celebrating the beauty of our world—one glass at a time. 🌿🍷

Join us for wine + crawfish at Free State Cellars on Saturday, May 2, 2025. We start serving at 1:00 pm until we run out.
Limited tickets are available, get yours while they last! Ticket purchase of $35 includes a 3 pound crawfish dinner cooked by our own Smugglers Union member Rene Naquin of Cajun Cookers and includes sausage, potatos, and corn on a commemorative Free State crawfish tray that you get to keep.
