Sanctuaire

Sanctuaire is our blend of the famous, full-bodied, dry white wine grapes native to the French Northern Rhone valley.   Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne, all Texas-grown grapes, bring unique qualities to Sanctuaire: Marsanne provides body and delicate flavors of peach, pear, and spice;  Rousanne brings elegance, aroma, crisp acidity for aging and equally delicate fruit and nut flavors with a mineral note; and finally Viogner's natural aromatics provide a creamy texture that adds extra dimension for a richer, rounder, softer more luxurious wine.
