Blueberry

A sip of our Blueberry Wine is sweetly reminiscent of a handful of ripe, fresh blueberries.  First sweet, then slightly sour, pure and bright.  A hint of fresh green herbs in the fruit's unique combination of floral sweetness and acidity.

Boasting an intense purple colour with a bouquet of sweet blueberries and delicate notes of smoky vanilla, the flavor of blueberry flows onto the palate with a natural tart acidity.  We produce this decadent wine from the highest quality locally grown berries, fresh from the fields to maximize color and flavor: off-dry with a nose of luscious berries.
